Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Moonshot searches across 300+ airlines worldwide via Duffel. We have verified policy data and loyalty tier integration for 10 major US airlines: Delta, United, American, Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska, Frontier, Spirit, Hawaiian, and Allegiant. For all other airlines, we still monitor and find savings — we just advise verifying change/cancel policies directly with the carrier.
Cancellation policies depend on the airline and fare class. Moonshot shows you the cancellation terms before you book, and we'll help facilitate any cancellations or changes through the airline.
