Upload. We watch. You save.
One promise.
Three clear paths.
Moonshot watches travel prices. Percy is the AI purser who helps you plan, answers questions about the trip, and explains what Moonshot finds. Nothing is changed, cancelled, or charged without the confirmation the action requires.
Path 1
A refundable hotel booked with Moonshot
- We watch
- We compare the same stay: property, room, meal plan, dates, number of adults, and cancellation terms.
- When money appears
- If the net saving is worth acting on, you approve before Moonshot rebooks it.
- What it costs
- Free members keep 50% of savings; Pro members keep 90%.
Path 2
A hotel booked somewhere else
- We watch
- Upload the confirmation. We look for a lower price on the same room. If we can't confirm the room, we say so.
- When money appears
- We alert you and show the evidence. You change it with the company you booked through.
- What it costs
- Watching is free. Moonshot takes no share of savings you capture yourself.
Path 3
A flight booked somewhere else
- We watch
- Upload the itinerary. We watch the same flights and fare details when the supplier data supports a fair comparison. If the confirmation doesn't show the fare type, we may not be able to compare it yet.
- When money appears
- We alert you and explain the safest next step. Your airline or booking service controls the ticket.
- What it costs
- Watching is free. Moonshot takes no share of savings you capture yourself.
What the watch language means
- Lowest comparable price since watching began
- The lowest like-for-like price Moonshot has verified since the trip entered Price Watch.
- Net saving
- The lower price minus any cancellation, change, or rebooking cost we can verify. For flights booked elsewhere, confirm any airline change fee before you act.
- Worth acting on
- A like-for-like opportunity with at least $30 in verified net benefit. We show the math so you can decide.
- How often can a hotel be rebooked?
- Price Watch can continue after an approved hotel rebooking. Every later change still requires a new verified comparison and your approval.
During beta
What works now
- Cash and points
- For an award booking, Moonshot can show the comparable cash price and what each point replaced. Award-price alerts and points rebooking are not available yet.
- Hotels, flights, and cars
- Hotel and flight confirmations can be watched. Rental-car price watching is not available yet.
- App and text
- The app is the control center for bookings and money moves. Percy can answer supported trip questions by text after you opt in; nothing is booked, changed, or charged by text.
- Human review
- During beta, a person reviews a price-drop alert before it reaches you. Your watch shows when a finding is in review.
