How does price tracking work?
After you search for flights, you can ask Moonshot to track any route. We monitor prices continuously and send you an alert when the fare drops below what you originally found or booked.
What does it cost to use Moonshot?
Searching, tracking, and booking flights is free. If we find a cheaper fare and rebook you, free users split savings 50/50 with Moonshot. Pro members ($4.99/mo) keep 70% of savings. You only pay when we save you money.
How does one-tap rebooking work?
When we detect a price drop on a flight you've booked, we calculate your savings after change fees and loyalty waivers. If it makes sense financially, you can rebook with one tap. We handle the airline change and refund process.
Which airlines do you support?
Moonshot searches 300+ airlines worldwide through the Duffel API, including all major US carriers (Delta, United, American, Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska) and international airlines.
How do loyalty programs work?
You can add multiple airline loyalty programs in your profile. When you book or rebook, Moonshot automatically matches the correct program to your airline, applies fee waivers based on your tier status, and injects your frequent flyer number.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
Can I use Moonshot without creating an account?
Yes, guest users can chat with the AI assistant (limited to 5 messages per 24 hours). To book flights, track prices, and sync across devices, you'll need to sign in with Apple or Google.
How do I cancel a booking?
You can request a cancellation through the chat. Moonshot will check the airline's cancellation policy, calculate any fees, and process the cancellation. Refund timelines depend on the airline (typically 5-10 business days).

App won't load or shows a blank screen
Force-close the app and reopen it. Make sure you have an active internet connection. If using iOS, try deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store.

Can't sign in with Apple or Google
Ensure you're running the latest version of the app. Check that your device's date and time are set correctly. If using Apple Sign-In, make sure it's enabled in your device Settings > Apple ID > Sign-In & Security.

Flight search returns no results
Double-check your dates and destination. Some routes may not have availability for the selected dates. Try adjusting your travel dates by a day or two.

Price alert not received
Make sure push notifications are enabled for Moonshot in your device settings. Price alerts are sent when a tracked flight drops below the last known price.

Booking payment failed
Verify your card details and ensure sufficient funds. Try a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact us at support@msos.ai with your booking reference.
